We never exceed the agreed limit without prior discussion and approval.
Hour rollover
Up to 25% of unused monthly capacity can be carried over to the next month.
Pause option
Once per quarter, you may pause your engagement for up to 30 days.
Up to 25% of unused capacity can be carried over when the engagement resumes.
Plan changes
Upgrades or downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle, ensuring smooth planning on both sides.
Delivery rythm
Work is organized in weekly or bi-weekly sprints with: clear priorities, a shared backlog, regular demos and check-ins.
